You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our extensions to fit your purposes. You may alter the products code for your own use.
You may not, however, distribute the original products code or your modified products code (other than PHP files) without the explicit permission of joomlarra.com. You may not change or remove the copyright information in the header of extensions files.
OWNERSHIP AND UNAUTHORIZED USE
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of joomlarra.com.
You may not place of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from joomlarra.
Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall joomlarra.com be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
DELIVERY
Once your Order is confirmed and payment is done via PayPal you will have access to products under your account page on our website.
E-mail address must be valid as you will receive download URL address and it will be used for communication purposes.
WARRANTY
joomlarra.com expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don’t warrant they will function with all 3rd party components as there is no way to test against all of them and doesn’t exist a certification process for such extensions.
SUPPORT
joomlarra.com extensions are delivered ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party extensions/products. joomlarra.com offer support for both free and commercial extensions, we offer no support via email but only via our Forum. First answered will be issues with commercial products, we try our best to respond within 24 hours but we can’t guarantee it.
1. Our products will be sold with 6 months license and support agreement.
2. Our products will be sold with only 1 domain agreement, we will not support your software across multiple domains unless you buy support for each of these domains.
3. During this time of 6 months, you will be entitled to all upgrades and support required for the operation and deployment of our extensions. If you customize though the extensions, we will not be responsible or support these efforts. We can however offer you assistance at a rate of 40 USD per hour.
