    When using the ARRA ‘Require Password Reset’ feature during user import, the newly created account cannot login. If I import without using the ‘Require Password Reset’ feature the user is able to login normally.

    If I then enable ‘Require Reset’ in Joomla’s core User area, the user is able to login and is automatically directed to their account page to reset their password.
