I just purchased JoomARRa Migrate. The standard fields (username, password, name, and email) import fine. However I have three of extra fields which I have added to the database. They are club, phone, and membertype. These are fields in the database and they are in the csv file. However, they don’t seem to be imported.
Please help.

there’s an article in the documentation about this.
Mind you, there currently is no support for the new Joomla 3.6 and higher custom user fields. I have been asking this twice already, but nothing yet. I renewed my subscription especially to be able to do that, but that was (currently) wasted money.
