If I buy ARRA User Export Import for Joomla! 1.6 now, will I be able to download new updates as they become available in the future?
Upgrades will be free for 1 year, this includes all major and minor releases. Usage license however, will never expire.
How do I download an upgrade?
You can download the latest version at any time by going to Store page, then on the left module choose Orders & Billing. Click on View Order, there you will see all the time the latest version. You must be logged in site to see Products module. This article show you in detail how to do.
Do I get free support?
Yes, you get our support for the time of your subscription - 1 year. After your subscription has expired, you will still be able to use the extension but you will have to buy a new subscription in order to get upgrades or support.
What if I don't like my extension? Can I get my money back?
Yes, we offer a money back guarantee. You have 7 days to try it out. However before you ask for a refund, please read our forum or send me an email with your problem, I want to help you with any issues/questions you may have. In this way we can develop a better extension and we can do with your help. See refund policy.
Can I install my commercial extensions on more than one domain?
Yes, you can. However, we only provide support to one domain only.
Is it possible to import customers from a .csv?
Yes, you can import a .csv or a .txt file with users. On Import tab we attached some sample files, you can download our sample and fill with your data.
IMPORTANT! For Apple users - when create csv file for import, use BBEdit and save the CSV file using SAVE AS and select WINDOWS (CRLF) encoding as Unicode (UFT-8).
Are passwords securely encrypted?
Yes, created passwords are encrypted exactly as Joomla! encryption system - md5/salt
I am not receiving activation email for my account.
Just send an email to joomlarra@gmail.com and I will activate your account in a minute. This may be a Joomla or server issue, just report it.

Can I make changes to the code?
Yes, extensions are released under the GPL license, you can make any changes you want. Note: we don't support modified code.
